Terms and Conditions

Love Liparu LLC (herein after “Love Liparu" and/or "Customer") acceptance of your (the “customer”) orders is expressly made conditional on customer’s agreement to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions set forth on this customer/buyer application, order confirmation and/or invoice will govern ALL transactions between the customer and the seller. Seller specifically rejects any terms or provisions which set any standards, specifications or damages related to quality and time of delivery or which contradict or purportedly claim to supersede these terms and conditions. 

By purchasing Love Liparu products, you acknowledge and agree (or you are deemed to acknowledge and agree) to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. PRODUCTS

1.1 Although we have made every effort to display the colors and print accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. The products that you receive from us may vary slightly from those images.

1.2 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

1.3 All products are handmade. Slight variation in shape, stitching, thread color, snap placement, tag placement, etc. is normal and not considered a defect. (See DEFECTS/RETURNS)

1.4 Artwork created by Love Liparu for custom items is subject to an additional fee beyond the “symbol” fee included in the product price.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

2.1 Processing time refers to the number of business days it will take before your order is shipped, it does not include the time it takes for the item to ship. Any changes in processing time will be shared immediately.

2.2 Love Liparu current processing time is up to 4 weeks.

2.3 Customers may request an expedited processing time on their owner and will be required to pay an additional fee to accommodate this request.

 

3. PAYMENT & ORDER TRANSACTIONS

3.1 Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment for the products shall be made at the time the order is placed via  credit card or Paypal. 

3.2 Love Liparu has the right to refuse to accept or cancel any order or delivery of Goods at any time by giving written notice to the customer. Love Liparu shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from such cancellation. At the discretion of Love Liparu, a credit memo and/or refund- in this instance only, will be processed.

3.3 Once you submit an order, it cannot be canceled by you. All sales are final. 

3.4 Any variation to any order must be agreed to in writing. The total price may alter as a result of any variation and the customer agrees to pay any increase. 

3.5 Restocking fees: Love Liparu reserves the right to charge restocking fees. Buyer shall be charged a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. Restocking fees will be charged at the time of the transaction.

3.6 No refunds will be processed. When applicable, a credit memo will be issued to be used towards a future order or invoice.

 

4. DUTIES/TAXES/FEES

4.1 All export and import documentation, licenses, duties, taxes or other obligations or costs relating to the delivery of the goods shall be the customer's responsibility.

 

5. SHIPPING/HANDLING AND RISKS

5.1 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs at time of purchase. See 4.4 for exclusion.

5.2 Love Liparu cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Delay in shipping may occur due to unforeseen events. Refunds will not be given for missing packages in the mail as this is out of Love Liparu’s control.

5.3 Love Liparu offers international shipping; however, international customers are responsible for any customs or duties charges. Love Liparu will not alter customs forms to avoid fees. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination of package.

5.4 Free shipping over $175 does not apply to wholesale or international orders. 

 

6. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS WITH KNOWN DEFECTS WAIVES CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES

6.1 Customer hereby waives any claim for damages resulting from any defect customer is aware of, including late delivery, at the time customer accepts the merchandise.

 

7. REPAIRS 

7.1. Items eligible for repair are those that have been purchased directly from Love Liparu or Love Liparu-authorized retailers.

7.2 While Love Liparu will repair eligible items at no cost, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the repair process.

7.3 Shipping costs include those related to sending the item to Love Liparu for repair and the return shipment of the repaired item to you. It is the customer’s  responsibility to choose a shipping method that is safe, secure, and provides tracking capabilities.

 

8. RETURNS

8.1 Love Liparu does not accept returns or exchanges as products are made handmade to order just for the customer. If there is an issue with your order please email info@loveliparu.com within 24 hours of your order being delivered.

8.2 If an exception for a return is made, returned items must be in the same condition that they were received in and original tags must still be on each item. Items that are returned damaged, scratched, used, or dirty will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

 

9. MODIFICATION OF GOODS

9.1 If you modify the goods, they are immediately ineligible for return or exchange. Once products are washed, ironed, original tags are removed, or product is altered in any way, the customer cannot return or make a claim relating to such merchandise. 

 

10. SAMPLES AND IMAGES

10.1 Unless otherwise expressed in writing, Love Liparu does not warrant that the quality, weight, designs or color of the goods  corresponds to any specific description, image or sample.

 

11. LIABILITY

11.1 Love Liparu shall not be liable where you have altered or modified the goods, misapplied the goods, not followed Love Liparus’ instructions in respect to the goods or have subjected them to unusual or non-recommended use or handling.

11.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully inspect all products purchased from Love Liparu upon receipt. Check for any defects, damage, or irregularities and discontinue use if any issues are identified.

11.3 Ensure that the size and specifications of purchased products are suitable for your pet's breed, size, and specific needs. Follow any guidelines provided by Love Liparu for optimal usage.

11.4 When providing toys, treats, or accessories to your pet, always supervise their interaction.

11.5 Love Liparu shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of products purchased, including but not limited to accidents, allergic reactions, or any unforeseen incidents.

11.6 By making a purchase from Love Liparu and/or through Love Liparu authorized retailers, customers assume responsibility for the appropriate use, supervision, and safety of the products acquired.

 

12. AMENDMENTS

12.1 These terms and conditions may be amended or replaced from time to time by Love Liparu. Any order placed after such amendment is made will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.

 

AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Customers have carefully read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
